Lay out the plan
Rooms are interior rectangles — every wall in the model is the gap you leave between them.
Set the requirements
These are the numbers a house can't be drawn without. They drive every door and window the editor creates, and they survive into the model.
Bedroom / bathroom counts are recorded as the brief; the plan itself is whatever you draw or import.
Wall thickness comes from the gap you leave between rooms, so it is read from the plan rather than typed here.
New doors use these. Any door can still be flipped individually in the inspector.
A 2'-6" sill suits bedrooms; drop to 1'-6" for a picture window.
Choose a look
A palette drives the floors, joinery and fabrics. Drop a moodboard and we'll pull the colours out of it.
Build the model
Six passes, each one rendered as it completes.
slab → walls → openings → floors → furniture → finish.
